Maintenance

As part of regular upgrades and fixes, engineering will be conducting configuration changes and upgrades to cloud networking for our regions ap-southeast-1 and ap-southeast-2.

During this time, we expect a series of limited losses of network traffic as configurations on the network converge.

We are performing these works in order to facilitate QOS changes within our underlying infrastructure to provide customers with a more stable experience.

Engineering will be taking virtual machines and bare metal offline for a large network upgrade.
During this time access to consoles and systems will be unavailable.

Engineering is performing planned maintenance on the control system API's for AU-SYD region.
During this time console and api access will be unavailable. This will be non-impacting to customer workloads.
